Policies

Custom Orders: 

• Most Orders will take from 5 - 8 weeks; Detailed Custom Orders such as Smocked Bishops or Collegiate Spirit Outfits may take 8 weeks depending on the volume of orders on hand. 

• If you need an item in less time we will accept a rush item with an additional cost from $25.00 for non-smocked items to $40.00 for smocked items.  Please understand that to get your rush item out someone else is waiting longer to receive their purchase.

Payment Terms:

• All items must be paid for at time of order. 

• We prefer PayPal!

  • With PayPal your credit card or bank information is not transmitted to us.

  • Don't have a PayPal account?  Set one up now, it's fast and simple.

• We accept personal checks; however your order could take longer to ship because we will wait for your check to clear. 

  • Before mailing check, please add $6.50 for shipping and handling.  If you want the optional insurance, please email us for the insurance fee. 

Privacy Statement: 

All information collected by Victoria Lynn Children's Clothing is used for our personal use only.  We will not publish, transfer or sell any personal information or email addresses to anyone for any reason.  

Return Policy: 

• Custom Made clothing CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 
• Other Items returned will be given a credit or exchange only.
• On all items you must contact us at 706-632-2695 or sandra@victorialynnchildrensclothing.com prior to the return of an item. 
• All items must be returned in original condition.

• No shipping/handling charge will be credited and we will charge shipping/handling on returned items exchanged.

Pre-Smocked Items: 

• Pre-smocked items are available at a 15% reduction off the regular price.  This discount is not in addition to other discounts being offered.

Shipping & Handling: 

• We try to ship in the most cost effective and expedient manner; therefore, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. 

• Shipping and Handling Charges for USPS Priority will be $6.50 plus optional insurance.

• Other methods of shipping are available upon request for an additional fee.  Please contact us when order is placed if your prefer an alternative shipping method.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to items once they have been shipped; therefore, we highly encourage you elect shipping insurance for your purchase.
